1. Shipping Coverage
AURAKITCHE mainly provides shipping services for the United Kingdom. We support delivery to all mainstream regions of the UK. For international orders, please confirm the delivery availability before placing an order.
2. Processing Time
All orders will be processed and arranged for shipment within 1–3 working days after successful payment. Orders on weekends and UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
UK standard delivery takes approximately3–7 working days after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer due to logistics reasons. Peak shopping seasons and courier delays may cause slight delivery extensions, which are not within our controllable scope.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on your delivery address, product weight, and package size at checkout. We will launch free shipping activities from time to time, subject to the rules displayed on the official store.

6. Missing & Damaged Goods
Please check the package immediately after receiving the goods. If the package is severely damaged, lost, or missing parts, please contact our official email within 48 hours of signing for delivery and provide photos and order information for after-sales verification.
