At AURAKITCHE, we aim to deliver high-quality kitchenware and ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. This return and refund policy complies with UK consumer rights legislation, including the 14-day cooling-off period for online orders.

1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your item(s) to cancel your order and request a return, for any reason, without penalty.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at AngeleGavel68704@hotmail.com within the 14-day window.

2. Return Item Conditions

Items must be returned in unused, resalable condition, with all original packaging, tags and accessories intact.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if goods show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, missing parts or damaged original packaging.

3. Who Pays Return Postage

✅ Faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent items: We will cover the cost of return shipping. Please supply clear photos of the defect, damage or wrong item via our email within 48 hours of delivery.
✅ Change of mind / unwanted items (cooling-off returns): You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Original delivery charges will not be refunded unless the entire order is returned.

4. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods and confirm they meet our return criteria:

We will issue your refund within 3–5 working days.
Funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Bank processing times vary and may take additional working days, which is outside our control.

5. Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for unconditional 14-day returns:

Customised or personalised kitchen products
Goods that have been used, cleaned or altered
Hygiene-sensitive items once opened (where applicable)

Send the item back following our guidance, and keep the postage proof

7. Damaged or Faulty Goods on Arrival

If your item arrives broken, defective or incorrect:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
